Recommendations and Organization
I recommend group sizes of a maximum of 16 guests, including adults, for safety reasons. Most groups are larger, and I can either offer to run a tour in the morning and one in the afternoon or the next morning. Alternatively, I have contacts with several experienced Danish guides in Berlin if you prefer to go at the same time.

Questions & Answers
Can we alternatively have a guided walking tour?
Yes, of course, that can also be arranged—read a bit about my city walks in Berlin here, and write to me so I can suggest a tour planned for students/school groups. Prices start from €15 per student for large groups.
Meeting point for bike pickup
At “Free Berlin,” centrally located here at Alexanderplatz.
What is the duration and distance of the tour?
Approximately 3 hours and a 9-11 km tour (as a starting point—can be adjusted to your preferences).
What does it cost and how about payment?
I offer competitive prices, starting from €26 per person for larger groups. Let me know how many you are, and I’ll get back to you quickly with an exact offer.
Regarding payment, it can either be made in cash on the day or via transfer before or after the tour. If you wish to transfer the final amount after the tour, a deposit of €150 is required.
Is a bike tour in Berlin safe?
I carefully choose the routes, and we mainly ride on paths that steer away from busy traffic, focusing on quiet streets, parks, and bike lanes.
Furthermore, cycling has become very common on Berlin’s streets, and the conditions for cyclists are continuously improving. It is my experience, after many tours with young people in Berlin, that it is possible to enjoy a bike tour around the city in a relaxing and safe manner.
What will we see on the tour?
I would recommend looking at the routes I offer here.
As a starting point, most school and student groups would at least like to visit, for example, the Berlin Wall at Bernauer Strasse, Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, the Holocaust Memorial, and through the former royal district at Museum Island. We can cover that in 3 hours, including a small break.

Generally at “Free Berlin,” centrally located here at Alexanderplatz.

Can we change the date or time?
If it rains heavily on the day or if you have organizational problems or delays, please call me. If I have space in my calendar, I will do everything I can to accommodate any requests for changes in time and date, regardless of the reason. However, we might risk that bikes are not available on very short notice if they are reserved elsewhere. The earlier you contact me about this, the better the chance, of course. It would really upset me if you felt compelled to cancel.
But what if we have to cancel?
I want to provide you with the most favorable terms, so up to a week before the tour, you can cancel without a fee. After that, you can cancel with a fee of €100 to compensate my partners and me for keeping our calendar free for you.
